Arwen is responsible for developing and leading the future growth strategy and business plans, as well as ensuring the continued successful delivery of existing certification services. Arwen joined SCCS in 2025 as Managing Director, having already served 2 years as the SCCS Board Deputy Chair. She has held many senior roles within Quality across multiple sectors, including large Nuclear Defence infrastructure programmes, Structural Steel, Rail, Oil & Gas, Mining and Precision Manufacturing.
Daulyne is responsible for managing the day-to-day certification activities and providing technical support where required. Daulyne joined SCCS in 2023 as the Scheme Manager and has over 8 years’ experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas .
Ethan is responsible for all sales management and liaison with our scheme assistants and assessors. Ethan joined SCCS in 2024 as the Sales Manager and has over 10 years’ experience in sales management and business development across varying sectors including steel fabrication and laser cutting.
Jane is responsible for administration, implementation and assisting in the control of the day-to-day certification activities which includes reviewing client applications and providing quotations. Jane joined SCCS in 2024 and has worked both in hospitality and administrative roles for over 20 years in varying different roles giving her varying transferable skills.
Libby is responsible for administration, implementation and assisting in the control of the day-to-day certification activities, which includes reviewing client applications and providing quotations. Libby joined SCCS in 2025 and has worked in various administrative roles for over 4 years giving her great transferable skills.
Madison works alongside the other Scheme Administrators whilst also completing all required apprenticeship works with an aim to become responsible for administration, implementation and assisting in the control of the day-to-day certification activities which includes reviewing client applications and providing quotations. Madison joined SCCS in 2024 as a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice.
