Arwen is responsible for developing and leading the future growth strategy and business plans, as well as ensuring the continued successful delivery of existing certification services. Arwen joined SCCS in 2025 as Managing Director, having already served 2 years as the SCCS Board Deputy Chair. She has held many senior roles within Quality across multiple sectors, including large Nuclear Defence infrastructure programmes, Structural Steel, Rail, Oil & Gas, Mining and Precision Manufacturing.
Stephanie joined SCCS in 2025 and is responsible for SCCS operational performance and scheme development, managing strategy and business growth ensuring effective delivery throughout, as well as advancing standards through industry partnerships. Bringing 15 years of Quality experience across several industries undertaking the following:
collaborating with accreditation bodies to develop and refine new industry standards
leading management teams, driving quality alignment aligning with best practices
engaging with investors/stakeholders to report operational delivery and develop strategic initiatives for business growth and compliance excellence
Ethan is responsible for all sales management and liaison with our scheme assistants and assessors. Ethan joined SCCS in 2024 as the Sales Manager and has over 10 years’ experience in sales management and business development across varying sectors including steel fabrication and laser cutting.
Madison joined SCCS in 2024 as a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice. In 2025 after successful completion of her course, she became a Scheme Administrator. Madison is responsible for administration, implementation and assisting in the control of the day-to-day certification activities, which includes reviewing client applications and providing quotations.
